Oregano Essential Oil
Oregano has a long history of being used for traditional practices. Oregano contains carvacrol which has antioxidant properties. It also has a very high phenol content, which means you only need 1-2 drops when inhaling or diffusing. If applied topically, Oregano should be diluted with a carrier oil before use. Oregano can also be added to personal essential oil blends to balance and equalize the aroma
